Completed in September 2009, this new medical facility forms part of the Southfield Masterplan on the south side of Elgin. It incorporates a 12 consulting room medical practice with treatment suite, a dental practice with 3 surgeries, an 8 consulting room mental health unit, a 3 treatment room speech and language therapy unit, a community health professionals wing incorporating physiotherapy, podiatry, dieticians, ADL Kitchen, general consulting and district & community nursing, a suite of offices for Moray Council social services and a retail pharmacy.
The external finishes comprise a mix of smooth white render, cedar cladding and mill finished aluminium. Internally the crisp colour scheme and high quality finish, with matching furniture &, bespoke signage, results in a fully co-ordinated interior, that is both attractive and welcoming. The interior is bright with large windows giving generous levels of natural lighting.
