Servicing & Repair Centre + Commercial Showroom

This development replaced an existing service centre which was ravaged by fire in 2015.

Sited over the footprint of the former facility to retain as much of the existing parking and yard as possible, the new building maximises the footprint on a tight site to accommodate a vehicle service centre, with dedicated reception and customer waiting area, commercial vehicle showroom, large service workshop with associated storage and office accommodation.

Both the service centre and showroom are orientated with the main glazed elevations facing towards Girdleness Road with entrances clearly identifiable from the point of arrival, incorporated into large areas of curtain walling. High quality cladding panels wrap around the building to complete a contemporary form with colours for the external envelope reflect specific branding criteria for both the service centre and vehicle showroom respectively
