Perth Motorstore

This development sits within the recently formed Easter Inveralmond Estate and was the first development to be competed and occupied on the site. The development occupies a very prominent location within the site, adjacent to the A9, and provides a high-quality retail space to promote the relevant brands with maximum visibility to passing traffic.

The large showroom is arranged in and L shape which wraps around the cellular accommodated and workshop, creating the maximum possible public frontage. The elevational treatment reflects this, with an uninterrupted run of aluminium curtain walling wrapping around the full showroom, capped with high quality cladding panels, which extends to envelope the workshop elements, completing a simple, but elegant composition.

The internal finishes incorporate the latest brand concept finishes, fittings and technology, which further add to the high-quality environment.
