The development for the Balmoral Group comprised of a new build office pavilion, extension to the existing ground floor reception, recladding of the existing office and workshop and reconfiguration of the main car park including new build security gate house.
The new build office consisted of a mix of office spaces and support accommodation arranged over 2-storeys, designed to achieve clean lines and a ‘simple’ aesthetic.
This same approach was employed for the extension and refurbishment of the existing buildings which helped create a prominent and light principal entrance for all visitors to the site and a refresh to the principal public face of the Balmoral Group Headquarters.
