This development at St Andrew St in Aberdeen is on the site of the former Megabowl bowling alley. Completed in 2010, it houses both residential and hotel accommodation in separate blocks.

The residential development comprises 39 flats in 2 blocks. This is a high density urban development, incorporating a 63 space underground car park with a landscaped urban green space above, between the flatted development and the hotel.

The flatted development comprises a 4 storey block fronting onto Charlotte Street and an 8 Storey block facing the new green space. The 8 storey building incorporates 26 two bedroom flats and six pent-house flats with accommodation on 2 levels. All the flats have generous space standards and lift access to the underground car park. All the upper level flats have large south facing balconies. The four storey block comprises 7 smaller 1 & 2 bedroom starter flats.

The external finishes for the flatted blocks include smooth render, eternit cladding and metallic silver composite cladding panels.
