100-Bedroom Hilton Garden Inn Hotel

St Andrews Street, Aberdeen

The development at St Andrew St in Aberdeen is on the site of the former Megabowl bowling alley. Completed in 2010, it incorporates both residential and hotel accommodation in separate blocks.

This is a high density urban development, incorporating a 63 space underground car park with a landscaped urban green space above between the flatted development and the hotel. The eight storey hotel fronts onto St Andrew St and incorporates 100 bedrooms, a 78 seat restaurant, a public bar and a gym.

The rooms are finished to a high standard with air conditioning throughout. The striking façade to the building incorporates 3 types of granite as well as white smooth render, rainscreen cladding and curtain walling.
